Birdcages

Jag har börjat det nya året med att ha pippi på fågelburar.

Denna är gjord av pappersklädd ståltråd och en metallring

och sedan linnetråd som jag har vävt precis som vid

korgtillverkning.

Den här är gjord av en smyckedel och som  botten har

jag använt en vanlig kork

Den här är gjord av träbitar och ståltråd - den var en aning

tålamodsprövande att göra!

Här är hela "samlingen". Jag tycker det är så synd

om fåglar i bur så alla har öppna burar och kan

flyga ut och in som dom vill!

I started the new year with these birdcages. They are made of papercovered wire,

some jewellery details, thread, lids, pearls  and some patience!

I like birdcages very much, but not birds in cages, so these have

open doors and the birds can fly free if they want it !

Det här är mina två hundar - Musse och Panda - det kanske syns att dom

inte tycker om att ställa upp sig för årets julfotografering?  Men dom

blir rikt kompenserade för detta - på julafton vankas det korv

och köttbullar!

These are my two dogs - Musse and Panda - maybe you can see that

they don´t like it very  much when I try to take pictures of them, but

they will be compensated on christmas eve - with lots of

sausages and meatballs!

Christmas gift

Jag fick dessa fina julklappar från Lena på MINIATYRMAMA:

En tomtesäck och en champagneflaska och en liten låda

med goda pepparkakor, och så dessa underbara glassdeserter,

som Lena också har gjort själv. Jag är så imponerad av

alla er som kan göra mat av lera!

Roombox finished

Jag har gjort klart det sista i sovrummet nu, och det blev lite nya sängkläder eftersom

jag inte tyckte om de gamla. Sedan gjorde jag ett litet kurvigt bord av

elkablar och en sänglampa av ett snäckskal. Det ser läckert ut

när lampan lyser i verkligheten, men förskräckligt när man

försöker fånga det på bild - så här får lampan vara släckt!

I did´nt like the bedding much, so I have changed it. Also I made

a new little table and a lampshade out of a seashell. It looks

quite pretty when the light is on, but  I don´t know 

how to take a good picture of a shining light..

Jag tyckte det var så roligt att jobba med den här trälådan så nu har jag köpt

en likadan, och här är skrivbordet som jag skall utgå ifrån  till nästa rum ..

The bedroom

Här kommer lite mer bilder på sovrummet i mitt tittskåp.

Kudden har jag broderat. Jag har gjort en likadan i

svart och rosa, och den här har lite

annorlunda färgsättning som jag tycker om.

 

Som synes så är det här en dam som tycker om musik, och hon

spelar också mandolin ..=)

Stolen är gjord efter mönster Léa - vad annars?

Hyllan ovanför tvättstället är gjord av delar av en solfjäder.

Nattlinnet är ett kit.

En enkel hylla av pappersståltråd och trärester

"le salon"

Det var länge sedan jag skrev i bloggen, men äntligen en stund över!

Här är vad jag har sysslat med på sista tiden. Min lilla

tvådelade låda har nu fått ett litet salongsrum.

Soffan och stolarna har jag gjort efter beskrivning i Léa Frisonis bok.

Bordet är inspirerat av Mercedes bord gjort av

en tavelram.

Skåpet är gjort i kartong och är alltigenom fusk -

alltså inga gångjärn.

Marie Antoinette måste ju vara med på ett hörn också :)

Spegeln är gjord av lite träbitar, guldsnöre och

tandpetare. Guldlöven har jag stansat ut ur

skalet till ett värmeljus.

Det var halva lådan detta - nu återstår sovrummet som

snart är färdigt.

English: Not so much time for blogging lately, but I have been working on my little roombox, and this
is the result. I have made the sofa and the chairs and the mirror from the description in Léa Frisonis
book. The cupboard I "invented" (lol) and the table was inspired by Mercedes´  lovely table made
from a picture frame.
So half the roombox is ready - now some details to do in the bedroom, and it will soon be ready too!

The Stockholm fair

I helgen var jag i Stockholm tillsammans med några minivänninor. Vi hade

jättekul och handlade som stollar! Det var också roligt att träffa

folk som man haft mail/bloggkontakt med, och som nu har

fått ett levande ansikte!

Jag köpte massor, men här är det jag är lyckligast över - alltihop

köpt hos Cilla från http://www.minst.com/

English: the past weekend I went to the Stockholm fair together with

a couple of mini-friends. We had a lot of fun and spent too much

money, which of course is part of the fun!  It was also great fun to meet all blogg/mailfriends. Now

they have a face :)

Autumn

Idag har vi haft underbart vackert och kyligt höstväder i södra Sverige,

och jag kom att tänka på "landskapsboxen" som jag gjorde

förra hösten.

Jag brukar promenera mycket i skogen, så jag plockade med mig

växtmaterial och mossor som jag limmade fast i ett

tittskåp.

En cykel som jag målat och en liten docka hade jag också hemma. Jag

hade roligt hela tiden när jag gjorde lådan. Bildkvaliteten är

inte den bästa tyvärr - det är min gamla kamera - men tyvärr

samma fotograf! :)

English: Today we had wonderful wheather in the south of Sweden where I live, and I came to

think of the landscape-box that I made last year. I used moss and plants from the forest where I

like to go for a walk, and some scenic water. I had great fun when I made the box. Sorry about

the quality of the pictures - they are taken with my old camera - but unfortunately the same

photographer :)
